Whilst I gather some footage extracts of the film to upload, here are some before and after shots of the proposed temporary streets arts pavilion on the abandoned warehouse site on Osborn street.

The streets' pavilion is a temporary structure made from KK-System spaceframe components.  It is easily erectable and offers a public platform for emerging and established artists to showcase their work.

I believe there is beauty to be found in the derelict and abandoned.  The aesthetics of ageing walls with peeling paint has a certain desired quality about it.  It is for this reason that I have retained a large proportion of the existing site, and created temporary builds (including the arts pavilion, crafts workshop/internet hub, skate&bike vert ramp and restaurant) within the vacant or extremely decaying spaces within the site.  I believe it provides a harmonious synergy between old and new.
